A late cancel fine will be assessed for any cancellations after this signup deadline. 

ELIGIBILITY:  All Inland Empire Chapter "A" Classification Professionals and ALL Apprentices***All players must have IEPGA Playing Privelages and be in good standing

FORMAT:  36 Hole Stroke Play       COST:    $100 per player (check)

• Round One Shotgun beginning @ 1:30pm
• Tee Prizes Handed Out 
• Boxed Lunches provided by Twisted Earth Restaurant
• Hosted Cocktail Party in Chief Suite of Spa Tower @ 6:30pm 

Tuesday September 25, 2018:

• Breakfast buffet at Twisted Earth Restaurant beginning @ 8:00am
• Round Two Tee Times beginning @ 8:30am
• Lunch and Awards in Twisted Earth Restaurant following Final Round
