Welcome to the Arizona Sun Pro-Am registration form.  

Our purpose here is to quickly receive your player names and emails. In response, we will reach out to each player individually for their specific travel schedule and follow up with an individual invoice for their registration fee.

Please use TBD for any non-confirmed amateur partner names (Example: TBD, use your last name, TBD@tbd(your last name).com, etc)

If you have multiple TBDs, use 1 and 2 after the TBD.

After registering, any changes should be sent to Sara Smith at sarasmith@pgahq.com

Cancellations will be subject to non-refundable credit card fees and applicable cancellation fees.
